The primary goal of the Başkent University Department of Psychology is to educate professionals who possess in-depth knowledge in psychology and related disciplines, and who are equipped with competencies in scientific research design, data analysis, and reporting at international standards. It is intended that these individuals effectively use research methods to apply their acquired knowledge toward solving social problems from a critical and creative perspective.
